PBX has a 48hr cancellation policy.

If you cancel 48hrs before your reservation you will be refunded back to your club account, not your credit card or cash.

If you cancel within 48hrs, you do not receive a refund.

No, PBX has full discretion to move your court at anytime.

We may have to move your court, if absolutely necessary.

You will not, Pickleball XPO is an inclusive community facility. Although, we offer great discounts and perks to our members if you wish to join.

At Pickleball XPO we want our local community to choose what's best for their frequency and level of play.

Our memberships are designed to lessen your cost overtime assuming you play a certain amount of Pickle each week.

For example: Our membership cost for Open Play is $22 per session. Our non-membership cost for Open Play is $26 per session. If you were to play in 2 Open Plays per week on average, that would be 8 Open Plays per month and 96 Open Plays per year.

96 open plays for non-members is $2,496.

96 open plays for members is $2,112.

Just with 2 Open Plays per week, that is $384 less than what you would pay if you weren't an individual member ($349 for the year with promo code).

For our couples membership, this would be $768 less than what you would pay if you weren't on our couples membership ($490 for the year with promo code).

The membership also includes discounted private court rentals and 15% off lessons, clinics, and our pro shop AND 15% off private event bookings AND 15% off club events ...

When you book a seasonal court, its a consecutive schedule, meaning you cannot skip weeks or make up sessions that you miss.

The card on file for the Couples Membership would be refunded $140 because $489-$349=$140

The person that isn't playing in a seasonal would retain their membership but would be moved to an "Individual Membership."

Pickleball XPO does not refund the entire membership unless both players on the Couples Membership pay to be part of a seasonal session.

We do not refund memberships unless a player decides to move to a seasonal session in which case most of the membership perks are included for FREE with their seasonal reservation.

When it s time to pay for your share of the seasonal reservation, Pickleball XPO will refund you your membership payment after you submit payment for your seasonal reservation. The seasonal reservation must be fully paid by all members of your group before we can refund you.

Each member is given 2 guest passes per month, total, as an Individual Member

3 guest passes per couple, if you're part of our Couples Membership.

The guest passes are to bring guests to a private court rental.

Guest's are not permitted to join open/social plays and or clinics/lessons due to our facility not being able to verify their level of play.
